Dean was hired as Jody’s first employee at Watkins Landmark Construction back in 2005. He possessed an impressive education as well as a now-infamous appetite to take on any project. Starting as Project Engineer, Dean’s estimating, negotiating and project comprehension skills became an integral part of Watkins Landmark Construction’s early success and continue to serve him to this day. His contributions to the growth of our company have been phenomenal and resulted in Dean’s promotion to Vice President of Business Development.
